  • Mondays: Climbing and Orienteering

Rising behind the hotel is Mount Stavros, a beautiful wooded hill with views over the whole island. On Monday we will take the group the short journey up the hill by road and spend the morning rock climbing at an excellent crag with a variety of routes to suit all abilities. During this time we will teach the group how to climb and belay safely, take care of the equipment and help them to improve their technique under the supervision of qualified instructors.
After a picnic lunch, we will head through the forest higher up the hill, using maps to learn how to navigate confidently and stop in places to learn basic first aid techniques to help deal with common hiking injuries. At the end of the day the group will be bought back down to the hotel by road.

  • Tuesday: Sea Kayaks and Fishing

On Tuesdays we will take our group down to the hotel beach and take to the water on sea kayaks. Starting with a coaching session in the beach area, we will instruct the participants in paddle technique, capsize rescue and manoeuvres. Once everyone can control their boat with confidence, the group will travel down the coast a short distance in shallow waters towards Messonghi for a picnic lunch.
After lunch we will teach everyone some basic fishing techniques such as how to tie a fish hook, making lures and spinners and using different kinds of baits. On our return to the beach we will cook whatever we manage to catch on a beach BBQ for an afternoon snack and finish with some beach games.

  • Wednesdays: Riding and Aqua Arena

To the West of the hotel lies the inland Lake Korrisson which is separated from the sea by acres of sand dunes. Near the beach is the Issos Horse Riding stables and on the beach is the inflatable Aqua Arena. We will transport our group the short distance across the island by the road and spend some of the day on Horseback and caring for the horse, and some of the day out on the water scrambling around the arena. During any spare time we will get to explore the dunes and play games on the beach.

  • Thursdays:: Treasure Hunt, Archery, Games

On Thursday we will be based at the hotel and offer three different activities over the course of the day. We will start with a challenging treasure hunt specially designed for the hotel which will require small groups to navigate around the whole site searching for hidden clues and solving puzzles. With teamwork, determination and communication, the groups should eventually uncover the secret treasure!
In the afternoon we will split the time between practicing archery and heading down to the beach to play games on the Stand Up Paddleboards.

  • Fridays: Aqualand Waterpark

To end the week with a high, the group will travel around 50 min to Aqualand Corfu, an amazing waterpark in the centre of the island. With rides, flumes and attractions to suit all tastes from extreme drops to lazy rivers, this will be a really fun and exhausting way for our teenagers to spend the day.
