Open to those who are interested in how food is found, produced and cooked in a forest environment
A 3 day, 2 night trip to a stunning woodland in Essex. Learn all about foraging from our experienced instructors and learn to prepare fantastic stews, succulent roasts and delicious baking all on an open fire.
We will provide each group one of our beautiful canvas bell tents to sleep in and the forest will provide all the raw ingredients. Discover how to make a fire using basic methods and then prepare and cook pigeon, trout and deer, that is freshly caught and prepared by you under the guidance of our instructors. You'll never think of food in the same way.
