The sun was glinting through the trees onto our camp spot in the woods on Osea Island and as per Exploration Society code we arrived in style!
We had an exciting day planned of advanced bushcraft skills which included fire lighting using modern techniques all the way to using friction with the fire bow.
Alongside this we did natural string making, spoon carving and rifle shooting.
Lunch was hand made lamb kebabs and whole steamed trout with butter and tarragon, both of which were cooked over the fire.
Big thank you goes out to the group, excellent day had by all.
